Dog Licensing
If you reside in the City of Olean, your dog is required by New York State Law to be licensed once it reaches the age of 4 months. We require proof of current rabies vaccination and documentation on whether the dog has been spayed or neutered. The annual fees are $10 if the dog has been spayed or neutered and $20 if they have not been. Licenses and tags are available in the City Clerk's Office.
