Technical & Financial Assistance to New and Existing Businesses
Revolving Loan Fund to Small Businesses up to $25,000 at Prime.
The Olean Revolving Loan Fund has been designed to assist business development and expansion, to increase employment, and to improve the tax base of the City of Olean by offering low interest financing to existing or new concerns in conjunction with conventional financial institutions, public agency assistance or private equity. Loans are not available for residential projects or for businesses that serve or plan to serve alcoholic beverages.
Industrial and Commercial Land with Developed Infrastructure
The
First Time Home Buyers Program is available to individuals or families with
low to moderate incomes. Up to $10,000 in grant loan funds are available to
cover down payments and closing costs. Also, $5,000 is available for minor
renovations.
Downtown Property Improvement Program
Downtown Property Improvement Program is available to businesses within the commercial area of Olean. Up to $25,000, with 10% of the loan amount being a deferred loan, is available for facade and infrastructure type projects
