PL#40-07: (Edstrom) to change the Charter to a City Manager (with part time Mayor/President of Common Council acting as part time Mayor) form of government from the present Strong Mayor form of government.
PL#41-07: (Edstrom) to change the City Auditor’s title to "Chief Financial Officer" or "Comptroller." (This position may be part of the job description of the City Manager.)
PL#42-07: (Edstrom) to change the City Clerk’s position, under the City Manager, to a civil service position. (This position is to remain an appointed position, if the Strong Mayor model is retained)
PL#43-07: (Edstrom) to add the position and duties of City Assessor to the Charter
